I have been a dog owner all my life and been involved with vets, kennels and shows in 5 states. The office staff makes the experience miserable. They are more concerned with each other than they are with your pet. Wait times for your appt. exceed 30 mins. They do not have the ability to resolve an issue in a timely manner. I would keep looking until Dr. Smith hires a better staff.
