Joan at Roman Salon did a thermal straightening on my hair with Yuko Systems. I have naturally coarse long unruly hair, and left with beautiful shiny, healthy looking, and silky feeling hair. I highly recommend Joan, she was very patient and thorough with my difficult to manage hair.
