My experience here was awful. I scheduled a lumbar and thoracic MRI and when we arrived at the facility they told me I could only have one of the MRI's done and would have to come back another time for the other one. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS when I scheduled the appointment. This is a huge inconvience for me because I am not able to drive and have to depend on a ride to get to appointments. It also messed up my doctors appointment I had scheduled. The office manager Debi was very rude and just kept saying it wasn't hurt fault that she did not schedule my appointment. Then she blamed my insursance saying they would only cover one procedure at a time. Well guess what when I called my insurance they said this was a lie. Do not go to Brookhaven MRI. They are just trying to rip off you and your insurance company.
