Actually, Jody Faizon did better with this property than Craig Clifft has. It is far too loud to hear any of my thoughts, the ""back bar"" is cool, if you can get in. I can't remember the last time I had to pay cover for a place without a stage! I have eaten here several times in the past, and was mildly impressed at first. However the duck is the worst addition to a menu I have ever tasted. Something like rubber with bacon. The host staff was exceptional, and the wait staff was pretty good, too. However, the inaccessability of the main attraction takes away from this place. Avoid this place. If you want trendy, new american cuisine, go to Flyte, Radius 10, Watermark, etc.
