They advertise affordable prices and then charged us significantly more than the emergency hospital which is usually two to three times as much as any other vet. Not to mention that they were more expensive for half the time of care. I called to express how unhappy I was about the billing situation and the receptionist hung up on me and didn't even bother to try and listen! And I was actually trying to be very nice and calm and not come off as rude. Additionally the doctor's recommendations probably would have left our dog dead if we hadn't taken her to the emergency hospital. The doctors don't have any passion for the animals they work with and the receptionist obviously doesn't understand that part of her job is customer service. Very unhappy with this place... save your pet and your wallet from the stresses of this dump. Research Pet and Bird Clinic is only 5 minutes away and offers a much better facility, friendlier staff, and better prices.
