I was referred to Associated Neurology Medical Group by my primary physician and called to find out if there was any information that I could have sent over or bring with me to the office in preparation for my initial appointment. My intention was to be a prepared, proactive patient.\r
\r
The receptionist, a male named ""Minnie"", was possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken with! He was extremeley condescending and not helpful whatsoever. He treated me with contempt because I was not yet a patient and told me that he refused to give out the offices fax number because he didn't want patients sending over records that he ""didn't want and didn't need"". He raised his voice and did not exhibit an ounce of professionalism. He cut me off in the middle of my questions and finally I was hung up on him because he wouldn't let up.\r
\r
Seriously? I cannot believe that they allow a person like this to be their front-line in receiving existing and potential patients. If this is indicitive of the office atmosphere, I am glad I found out now! \r
\r
I do NOT plan on receiving care here and recommend that people stay as far away as possible from this office!\r
Pros: Never had the chance, and now, never will
Cons: horrible, rude and condescending office staff
