I just had the worst, most unprofessional experience. I will be telling as many people as possible including the company that says I owned the debt, the FTC etc etc that this company treated me horribly and hung up on my 3 times. They called me saying the hospital which claims that I had a balance with them from a year previously sent me to collections. It was a year after the date of service, I never received 1 invoice but was sent to collections. In the process of moving out of state, I didn't collect my mail for 2 weeks. When I got the collections notice I called them, it took them 6 days to call me back, and the my attempts for more info were blocked. He said I could dispute but they would be hitting my credit before my dispute could go through. When I asked to speak to his boss he declined and hung up on me. I called again asking for his supervisor and he said my boss doesnt take these kinds of calls and hung up again.\r

Enough. I don't deserve to be treated this way.
