We were loyal and happy customers, until recently. We took our comforter to be cleaned and during the cleaning process the comforter was snagged. We pointed this out to Neil Patel (Manager/Owner) and he said that he would have his seamstress fix it. Not a problem, we would wait a few days to pick it up. When we returned to pick it up, on Saturday, we could see that the repair work was not acceptable. It looked like a jumble of thread. We asked to see Neil and were told that he would call us back on Monday. We never received the call. I then called up Gateway and was told that he would be in on Tuesday from 10 to 2. I called Tuesday at 11:30 and was told that he just left. I have subsequently left messages everyday and he still has not returned my calls. So now I am out, not only the dry cleaning cost, but I am out a comforter. I guess if you ever have an issue, with the service at Gateway, the way Neil deals with it is by ignoring you until you go away. The staff has been very nice and have been told not to give out any contact information for Neil. They have told me that they have left him all of my messages. So the blame here is solely on Neil Patel's shoulders. So be careful of what you take to Gateway Cleaners.
