I have been searching for a new hair stylist in Orlando, and have used the Internet as one of my sources. When reading the reviews for the ?best salons? I was shocked to see the response from your company to the review ?not the best of.? The way your company responded to this customer?s complaint is completely and utterly unprofessional, and has made up my mind to not consider your salon when finding my next stylist. Hopefully this will help you understand the importance of how you handle a customer complaint?i.e. not by bashing them on the Internet for everyone to read.
