My wife and I heard about the new Six Feet Under on the west side of mid-town Atlanta and we decided to check it out. When we arrived we valet parked (free) because I didn't know the area and this was very convenient. When we walked in, we wanted to seat on the upstairs patio but there was a 30 minute wait. But here's the surprising part: Instead of giving us one of those clunky restaurant pagers, they had a very cool wait management system that I had never seen before and I had to ask about because it really helped keep us at the restaurant instead of going some place else. They used a system by Queuent that called us on our mobile phones when seating was available. So even though we had to wait a while for our pristine table, we didn't have to keep track of one of those damn restaurant pagers and we were able to stand outside and have a conversation. After about 25 minutes, we received a call letting us know that seating was available and given options to confirm, delay, or cancel - We selected confirm.
Pros: Great location, great view, and a great way to handle waiting for tables
Cons: We didn't have any.
