A rep came out to discuss landscape plans. He never returned calls or emails. I booked early in the season to be sure I'd get on the spring schedule. By the time I gave up on Darby Creek, I couldn't find another service with available time. I am easy-going, if designer did not have time or interest, I would have been fine and moved on. I consider it inexcusable to not return phone calls or email from a potential client.
