It was the worst service I experience in the wine country!!!!!! We are dog owners so it's very important to visit a restaurant with patio seating. We've visited Tra Vigne's website and it was also a highly recommended one from a friend who lives locally, so we thought it should be a great spot to enjoy our evening. We called early to make an appointment, and requested a patio table since we have a dog. It was July 5th and the wine country was having a huge heat wave, and we were early to the area and had to wandering around the area under the sun while feeling dehydrated. Finally the wait was over. I went up to the hostess, and guess what he said? ""I am sorry but we have a private party at the patio, and we will not be seating anyone outside.""
Cons: bad customer service. no sincerety
