The worst home medical supply we've ever tried and we've tried many. Russell Medical is definitely the bottom of the list. The service is terrible, the workers in the office or stupid, mean, they do NOT care about the customers, the products are dirty, the delivery people smell like drgs and alcohol when they deliver and you NEVER get alll of your product.
