Russell Medical is a dme company not a home health service. I have been a customer of Russell Medical's for years and would never dream of switching. The service they offer is unmatched by others in this industry. The previous reviewers must of been terribly mistaken because this company has done so many good things for my family and others. Everyone there is helpful and answer all my questions about supplies and my insurance. The person who said this company would go down fast...they have been around for years and that is proof in itself. I work in the internet industry and because of this it is fishy that a third of these reviews were done on the same day and the fourth within the same week. A very petty thing to do to such a wonderful company. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs anything for themself or their loved one! RUSSELL MEDICAL YOU KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING! This home health service caused such heartache for our family. It caused such suffering for our loved one. I am sure their last days were worse because of them. debby and adrianna were such horrible people and seemed to enjoy making us suffer. more

We tried this company after our loved one came out of the hospital. They never did provide us with what we needed. We called and we were treated as if we were a bother. We asked if we could stop by and pick up the things we needed. No one called us back. Our loved one almost died. WE had to switch to anothe rcompany after an ER trip because of their ineffectiveness and poor customer service. more

The worst home medical supply we've ever tried and we've tried many. Russell Medical is definitely the bottom of the list. The service is terrible, the workers in the office or stupid, mean, they do NOT care about the customers, the products are dirty, the delivery people smell like drgs and alcohol when they deliver and you NEVER get alll of your product. This Company does not care for its customers. They are rude and disrespectful. They do no deliver their product. My loved one died uncomfortable and without their needs met because Russell Medical did not do their job. Cons: Everything. more
