this place is fabulous! not only is the space great (clean, minimalistic, calming), the workout is fantastic and the owners and teachers are all great! vibration training is great for those who don't have the time for a 2 hour workout, but still want to be sore the next day and feel like they had a great workout! i HIGHLY recommend this place!
