We ate dinner at the Apollo in early March and we were *very* impressed. Truthfully, we hadn't expected to find such a terrific restaurant in a city the size of Bethlehem. The Apollo is both sophisticated and very comfortable. The food was outstanding, as was the service. The interior is very attractive (with art on the walls) and we met one of the owners (a very friendly woman). Prices are reasonable, and certainly much moreso than what you'd pay at such a place in bigger cities. Due to the Apollo's huge popularity, you need a reservation and they do get booked-up for ""peak"" times. Parking is also slightly problematic, as you need to use a garage (unless you're one of the lucky few to get an on-street space).
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Parking (although not insurmountable, as garages are within a short distance)
