The staff is extremely rude. They need to take a lesson in customer service. Not to mention they won't start your repairs until weeks after you need it. They are irresponsible and do NOT call you back when you need them to.
Pros: there is a possiblity your a/c will get fixed
Cons: Rude/horrible customer service/more expensive than their competitors.
