I have been and had services done at all 3 Design One locations. To me, the Plainfield location is the most luxurious. During my previous visits, I've had massages, pedicures, manicures, facials, and my hair highlighted, cut, and trimmed. By far, my favorite service is the pedicure and I've had various technicians, each and every one of them professional and did a wonderful job. The pedi chairs are wonderful, fully cusioned, with massage options. It used to be a private room where you'd receive your pedi but since they have remodeled, you may be in a room with up to 3 other clients. If you are looking for more privacy, I've heard that Tuesday evenings are slower than the rest of the week.
