Touted as "Boulder's Best New Restaurant", Organic Orbit will not disappoint. Recently, with family visiting, I had the opportunity to check out a majority of Boulder's fine dining establishments. After attending The Kitchen, Mateo, Frasca, and Organic Orbit, the group consensus placed the Orbit at the top of the list. Having worked in the industry for nearly 15 years, it takes quite a bit to impress me. That being said, the food is the best the western u.s. has to offer.
