Fresh Air Concepts replaced my compressor last year. Less than 6 months later, it broke again. I called another company who came out and refused to work on my unit because Fresh Air Concepts had installed the compressor wrong. Once I finally got Fresh Air Concepts back out to my house, they refused to expedite the ordering of the new compressor even though it was broken because of their incompetence. It's been three weeks now and we still don't have air conditioning. We've missed 4 days of work because of their error.

Cons: Arrogance. Once they get your money - you're screwed.
