On a recent Sunday evening, I entered Oradell Animal Hospital with my pet who was having unexplainable seizures. After a short wait, the vet came in to explain that a battery of tests would have to be performed (after a long scientific analogy) as to the possible causes. She said full scan of blood work, urinalysis, and x-rays were what was necessary to get the full picture. All this for the bargain basement price of $600! She also told us that we would be contacted by another vet on Mon with the results. Well, Mon came and went after 3 phone calls to them. Oh they assured me that "someone" would definitely call back. Fat chance! Tues came and so I called again and to no avail. I was at my wits end. My cat was not well and no one would tell us what was wrong with her. My sister called them on Tues night around 9:30 and she was told that the on call vet will definitely call back tonight.
