I was very disappointed at the way I was treated at this facility today. I brought my dog in to be groomed today and specifically went over the way I wanted my dog groomed. The young girl who took my info and talked to me as I checked in was thorough in her questions on how I wanted my dog's hair cut. When I picked her up I was shocked to find her shaved leaving only her tail and head left with with fur. When I talked to the owner and explained that I was very unhappy with the haircut, he was insensitive and rude telling me that it had to be done because my dog's hair was matted. This was not true. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. He did not even care about how I (THE CUSTOMER) felt. I will never return to this establishment and I will tell as many people as I can about the bad service, bad haircut and rudeness I was given by the owner. He did not even try to make things right. How can someone stay in business with such an attitude!
