We recently had a great evening at Genia's in Lake Oswego. I had a delicious pork dish with plantains, coconut milk, chorizo, and red peppers, very Cuban The pork was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was professional and the chef went out of his way to make us feel at home. Between courses he brought us a refreshing strawberry tarragon soup and for dessert he gave us a complimentary coconut ginger flan. We sat outside on a spacious patio on a beautiful evening, it was truly romantic. I've eaten in what are considered some of Portland's best restaurants and I think Genia's menu is one of Portland's most eclectic. The music was also eclectic. We had a great night and cant wait to go back.
