Condescending and arrogant counter people. We spent $150 plus made two 70 mile trips to get a cd player ""fixed"" that started skipping again, within 20 days. Both times I've called them they claim they can't duplicate the problem (that's the first item on the invoice, something they couldn't duplicate), I literally had to tell them (the second time) to read further in the invoice before they would admit that yes they did make some adjustments. Then they tell me that they were trying to save me some money, but now I'll have to pay for a new part so they can fix it again. I would have to say that as far as customer service they're challenged, apparently as far as technical competence too. \r

Nothing was said at the time I picked it up that they had made less than an ideal repair.\r
