I definitely will not take my computer back to them. I had a hard drive replaced last year (November) on my laptop, and then it went bad. They replaced the hard drive, BUT CHARGE ME LABOR. \r

They provided the harddrive, then had the audacity to charge me to replace it. They should have charged the manufacturer of the hard drive. \r

I'll find anyone else to work on my computer when I need something done from now on.\r

Additionally, they were rude to my wife on the phone.\r
\r
Sad that a local business would treat their customers like that.
