I bought a 42"" Phillips Plasma TV and it malfunctioned. It was under warranty and Phillips set me up with 'Audio Video Repair Center' to do the repairs. They showed up to the house only to decide that they needed to order a part that would take two weeks to show up. Then when it did they decided it was the wrong part and had to order another part that would take another two weeks. This has went on for three seperate visits and now (two months later) my TV is still not fixed and the warranty is running out. I cannot get in contact with them as the number listed on the web is the wrong number. \r
I would suggest anyone that is thinking about doing business with this company to go elsewhere or try fixing the problem themselves because this company is a poor excuse for a TV repair center!!!
Pros: absolutely none!
Cons: Poor customer service, poor technicians, just terrible service all over.
