Rude office staff. I was hung up on. When I asked to talk with office manager they told me she wasn't there and to call back the next day. When I asked them to take a message it was as if I had asked them to give me their paychecks. The manager never called me back. When I did reach her, she was less than helpful and gave excuses instead of just finding a solution. I asked to speak with any of the vets that examined our dog during its care of almost 6 months and never recieved a call back. Shame on me for not taking my dog elsewhere. I just don't want anyone to go through what we experienced. Run from this Clinic. Maybe they should all find a profession that makes them happier people.
