Ucc total home has many names, directbuy is now their name. We paid over 4thousand dollars for a membership and got nothing for it. All they want is your membership fees and you can not get a refund. I can not understand why people haven't complained to someone of power. They told us they could get us quotes on everything once we were members. They lied about everything. Our quotes were late coming (20 days to be exact) and much higher than they originally promised. Please AVOID Direct Buy unless you have money to waste. You will not get discounted items, the other reviews are telling the truth.
