I have dined in wonderful restaurants from Africa to Oregon and The Painted Lady is what I call ""A Total Package"". The charming little house with the white pickett fence is inviting and adorable. We were greeted by Jessica and shown to our table. All the tables are good but my 2 favorites are the one by the front window and the one by the side window. Clever little grape vine plants on the tables are so appropriate for the wine country atmosphere. I love the different meal course selections. I almost always choose a soup for the first course-even in the summer-because Chef Allen makes thee most delicious soups! Second course is usually a fresh fish that is truly fresh! And the desserts! A perfect ending to a total package meal. Good luck deciding which dessert to choose. My self, I always go with the chocolate choice but the fresh fruit treats are really yummy in the summer. What a great restaurant, with great service! I love it!
Pros: Cute house, great service, local wines, outstanding food.
