I have called 3 times over the last 2 years, (Sunday am, friday, and sat am) and received PROMPT service and no extra fees. It was only 25 dollars for a service call on Sunday & only if nothing was wrong. The owner has worked on my furnace and AC and had them working in 30 minutes. He saw some duct work loose and said he would send someone the next day at no cost and I thought I would never see them, but sure enough they showed up, repaired it... no extra cost. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair!!! I would give them 10 stars if I was allowed!
