As the owner of Doodles, I feel the previous reviews were written to make me out to be some terrible person. I am a very honest person and would never do the things the previous writers have accused me of doing. Let's begin with Alicia. Everything she ordered came in the exact time I quoted her. I said her bedding would take 4-6 wk, it came in 5. I told her the glider would take 8-10 wk, it came in 6, well before the quoted time. The parts that were missing were screws. We got replacement ones for her in 2 days. And as for the glider going to a warehouse, anyone who shops in my store can go to the back and see how much space I have to store furniture--NONE. We take all furniture to an air conditioned storage and when the customer calls to let us know what day they will pick it up we have it brought over. Next, Jill's comments. I fully admit that her valance took longer than expected. We did, however, run into some problems with the fabric being backordered. Then when the valance came in, it was too heavy for her rod so we had to have a different pocket put in. When she called to check on when it was it coming back, I got the call. This was the first time I had heard of these problems because she had been working with one of my employees. I told her I would check on the status and get back to her ASAP, which I did. It turned out that the valance had already shipped back to us. I'm sorry if I wasn't apologetic enough for her. Finally, Dana's comments. ALL FALSE!!!! The way Dana wanted her bedding is the EXACT way it came in. Angela recommended doing it a different way, but Dana wanted it more simple. WE HAVE HER SIGNATURE TO PROVE IT! Don't come back and blame us for what YOU picked out!!! As for the baby book, there was a tiny thread which the company told us to clip, and since she did not like the bow, I offered to change it out for something she would like better. I did all I could do to make her happy, even fixing her bedding at cost!!
