It seems no one yet wrote about the kids Swimming classes......... I just want to share my experience and don't wish to happen to anyone else. I was soooooooo excited that I found a good place for my almost 3 years old twins to start Private swimming classes this summer starting June 11th. I was planning since 3 weeks and starting calling them, my Husband left them 3 detailed messages to have one call back, no one returned our calls. I said that is fine I will go in Person, I took my twins and went and talked to the responsible lady a week before the begining of the session. She barely apologizes anyway saying that she has had a lot of messages that she doesn't have time to hear and answer. I disregarded everything!! and then she was gentle enough to answer all my questions and took all the info including my home phone number and my cell. I was supposed to have a call from her to start the enrollment and settle the payment over the phone to be able to start the following saturday. Today is Saturday June 16, no one bothered to call back, I lost all the excitments, cannnot promise the boys anymore!! I really felt it is a kind of direspect, I would like to know if I am the only one who was treated like this. Honestly, I don't even wish to go back although I need the service. Sorry for this kind of service!!! By the way, before getting to South Bay I also left a message to the responsible at the facility in Howard Hughes no one returned my call.....My advice is when they ask to leave a message not to say that your call will be returned within 48 hours, the message should be we cannot return people's call nor we can respond to people inquiry over the phone, we can only provide services in person, and even when we go in person this is what will happen!!!
