We went there with 12 people including 4 children for lunch. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. It took over an hour for the pizza to arrive--the children were crying, numerous tables received their orders ahead of us, both smaller and larger tables. We pleaded for the food, and kept hearing ""soon"" with little sympathy. When it finally did arrive it was worse than any frozen pizza. And, several of the adult orders were incorrect, but we were not about to wait for them to be corrected. As a small gesture, we asked the manager if they would throw in a $0.50 frisbee to match one that came with a kid's meal. She refused and was rude on top! And, it was not like she was busy. She was just sitting at a table, relaxing when all this went on.
