I got a stereo from Pantells in Antioch, they sold me a lemon and my customer service was horrible. When I took my car to The Best Guys I was amazed the difference in service. I don't know one thing about cars or car stereos. The wiring that was done from the other shop was done very shotty and The Best Guys fixed that for free when I purchased my new stereo through them. I later came back to get my windows tinted and they remembered me. I was shocked because I am sure they see a ton of people daily, but they remebered I was a repeat customer and gave me a great deal on tinting my camero. From one thing to another I was very happy with everything they did. Although I live in Antioch and there are places closer to me to get the same services I will drive over the hill in order to get the customer service I got from them. My windows look great, nice and dark no one can see in and my stereo sound amazing. Sounds like it cost more then it did, to me a least.
