Began our interaction nearly a year ago (summer 2006). Custom pool/landscape package in the 200k range. Advised to begin pool construction in the fall so get a jump on this summer's (2007) pool season.
Pros: Only concrete pool installer in the area. Quality work (if the guys show up)
Cons: Everything associated with customer service.
