Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They scheduled multiple appointments and didn't show up, and charged us for services not performed, which took weeks to correct. We will never use them again. more

Terrible customer service. They set up an appointment at my cabin (100 miles from home) and never showed up, but I did. Worst part they never even called. I contacted their store and even the store manager had no clue where the service techs were. Don't go here. No contact from them more

My husband and I recently bought a home with an inground pool and the previous owner's used pool works. However I will not be using them in the future. They are unprofessional and have the worst customer service. Even the technicians that came to our home were unprofessional and left us still with questions about our pool. They acted as if it was no big deal and it wasn't rocket science to run everything. I understand that but it would be nice to know we are not wrecking our equiment. Pros: null Cons: null more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! 8/4/2011

One star is too much for this company but I couldnt rate any lower. If for some crazy reason you do decide to go with them, make sure your head is over there shoulder at ALL times. They have the absolute WORST customer service. I could sit here and write a 10 page paper on why NOT to get your pool built by them but I dont have the time. We had custom pool/landscape extra put in, in the 500k range. We have had the WORST experience with them. I dont right reviews, but felt obligated too, to hopefully stop one person from going through the same headaches we've had to go through. By the way, the other review by rchx is Spot on. more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 6/22/2007

Began our interaction nearly a year ago (summer 2006). Custom pool/landscape package in the 200k range. Advised to begin pool construction in the fall so get a jump on this summer's (2007) pool season. Pros: Only concrete pool installer in the area. Quality work (if the guys show up) Cons: Everything associated with customer service. more

Great People 11/28/2005

I have been working with other pool stores in Green Bay and was totally dissatisfied. Recently I found this hidden gem along highway 41. When I walked into the store, I was greeted politely and the service has continued throughout my relationship with Pool Works. The prices on chemicals are also far more reasonable than where I was going in the past. I would recommend that if you have a pool or spa, check out Pool Works.
