I called DR. Tippins office to make an appointment for dental work . The calltaker put me on hold for 7 minutes listening to commercials and so i decided to hung up and called back . A person by the name of Martha answered immediately so I relayed my complaint to her and she responded with " so how can I help you sir ", she didn't even appoligize. If this is the way that dental office is run, I'd be afraid to get treated there. Thank you but no thank.
