I have been taking my little girls there since they each turned one. I have had nothing but the best treatment there!!!! The staff of Dr. Tippin are all very nice and gentle with my little ones and I would recommend their services to all the mother"s in El Paso! This call taker had me on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up . 6/19/2007

I called DR. Tippins office to make an appointment for dental work . The calltaker put me on hold for 7 minutes listening to commercials and so i decided to hung up and called back . A person by the name of Martha answered immediately so I relayed my complaint to her and she responded with " so how can I help you sir ", she didn't even appoligize. If this is the way that dental office is run, I'd be afraid to get treated there. Thank you but no thank. more
