My daughter (12 yrs old) had an ?emergency? bathroom situation while visiting Gilbert Town Square. I thought Streamers (a ?family friendly? restaurant) would surely welcome her to use the restroom. I was wrong! My 12-year was turned away. There was no concern for my daughter, no help from the restaurant just, ?get out?... It would have cost them nothing. My wife later called to talk to the owner. Michelle (Co-Owner) gets on the phone and suddenly it becomes clear! Michelle berated my wife over the phone! Tom (the other owner) then gets on the phone and tells my wife (in a threatening manner), ?You sure sound brave over the phone? daring her to come back down to the restaurant. What in the world for Tom? Did you want to fight her in the parking lot? Were you hoping to hurt my wife? This is clearly the character of the owners. Streamers failed my family at the most basic level of customer service, just caring! A loyal patron NO MORE!"
