Like most big companies, Time Warner has lost any real concern for customer satisfaction. They know they have a captive customer who has very limited choices. Every time I have ever called I get the same message. ""We are experiencing higher than normal call volume"". Yeh right, they are experiencing the same volume of highly unsatisfied customers. This is a company where there is no accountability, because you can never speak to the same person twice, and nobody knows who you spoke to last time. Just another case of corporate america running by the numbers and the numbers say they will have customers whether they are satisfied or not. Too few choices in this industy what a racket.
