This firm installed a gas water heater at my residence. It had a broken knob on the gas control valve on the off-brand water heater. The company refuses to discuss the problem with the customer, and will only say that R S Andrews offers a 30-day labor warranty. They offered to replace the gas control valve (under warranty) for a labor charge of $239.00. They do not acknowledge that their installer broke the knob when he installed the water heater, or that it could have been defective to begin with.\r

Anyone who uses this company would be well advised to do a thorough check on any appliance they install, so as to make sure that they do not install a "new" appliance that has broken parts.
