When I called them trying to resolve it, Melissa, the office administrator, interrupted me before I could finish my sentence and told me that she was too busy to deal with me. She said that she would call my insurance company and call me back later that day, but of course she didn?t. I followed up two days later. After I explained the situation, she put me on hold for half an hour before simply told me that she was too busy two days before and she was too busy that day too. She spoke in a dismissive and condescending tone that you would never use for a stranger, let alone a customer. I will never go back to this place.\r
