Love this medical facility! I have been a patient since the medical clinic opened over 25 years ago. I really appreciate how the Medical Director, Dr. Apramian, always makes himself available to answer any questions I may have. He really listens and he really cares. The clinic is beautiful, the physician is amazing, the staff is helpful and accomodating. Again, love St. George's! more

St. George's Medical Clinic provides excellent medical care. My employer referred me to St. George's after I cut my finger while at work. Unfortunately, I needed to get stitches on my wedding finger. I was so impressed by the amount of time the physician took while stitching my finger. In fact, my finger healed beautifully. I can't even tell where the stitches were. I HIGHLY recommend St. George's! more

St. George's Medical Clinic Never Dissapoints.I have been a patient at St. George's Medical Clinic for over 26 years. I have found the facility to be not only beautiful, the office staff is consistenty friendly and helpful and the Medical Director always makes himself available to see me whenever I am in town. If I have a question when traveling out of state, the medical director always returns my calls within minutes! St. George's Medical Clinic is a wonderful medical facility. more

It pains me to give this place a 1 star because the doctor is wonderful and very helpful; however the staff is so beyond rude, I felt I had no choice. I will not be going back here because I truly cant stand them. The older hispanic woman who appears to be the office manager becomes frustrated and angry as soon as a patient walks in. The first time I went in, I thought maybe it was just me or she was just having a bad day, I cant understand that -- we've all had those days. However, 3 visits later and to every patient who comes in makes me believe it is just nasty personality. The rest of the staff follows her lead but they are nowhere as obvious in their disdain for patients. Such a shame because the doctor is wonderful. I wonder if he knows how many patients he loses from bad service? more

A Wonderful Experience. The level of professionalism and personalization is beyond compare. To begin with, the office is absolutely beautiful. From the minute I arrived to St. George's Medical Clinic, it was apparent that I was important to the staff. There was a constant effort made to assist me with my questions. When I went into the exam room and met with the Medical Director, I was even more impressed. After a very thorough examination he repeatidly explained the what's and why's and NEVER made me feel that my questions were ridiculous or taking up too much of his time ( As many other physicians have in my past!) A couple days after my visit...I even received a follow up telephone call from the doctor himself!!!. more

Dr. Apramian is an exemplary physician. He and his colleagues and staff are extremely professional, knowledgable, and well connected to a strong network of other exemplary doctors and medical professionals. My family has been using St. George's Medical Center for over a decade, after we were first introduced to the facility through NASA, as the contracted physician to care for the NASA employees at JPL. I still travel all the way to Pasadena for his services. Dr Apramian has cared for us like family. He provides personal care even when we are traveling. We can depend on him for all of our medical needs, which includes referring us to the very best specialists when needed. I don't think he's an ordinary doctor, in that he graduated from medical school with honors, diversity is a core value in his office and he still does a lot of his own lab work while you wait! I have found my experiences at St. George's Medical Clinic to be outstanding. The physicians and staff are very responsive and helpful. I went there for a routine physical and was shocked by the bill: they turned it into some fancy diagnosis that was not covered by my insurance. When I called them trying to resolve it, Melissa, the office administrator, interrupted me before I could finish my sentence and told me that she was too busy to deal with me. She said that she would call my insurance company and call me back later that day, but of course she didn?t. I followed up two days later. After I explained the situation, she put me on hold for half an hour before simply told me that she was too busy two days before and she was too busy that day too. She spoke in a dismissive and condescending tone that you would never use for a stranger, let alone a customer. I will never go back to this place.\r \r more
