We've taken two of our dogs to this office for multiple visits. They're OK for anything basic and the clinic is nice and clean. However, when we had an emergency come up, the receptionists would not let us come in without an appointment. They told us that for emergencies they recommended an animal hospital located over 45 minutes away from us. (This was said despite the fact that the information they hand out on their clinic says that emergencies are taken during normal office hours.) The end result was that our dog did not get care in time and passed away. Despite this, we were going to take our new puppy there for a routine office visit. I made an appointment for a specific day due to my work schedule. When we came in, they said we did not have an appointment because, as it turns out, they made the appointment for the wrong day.
