Had I known they had such a bad reputation, I would have never let my manufacturer choose this place to repair my TV under warranty. Just like the other reviews, forget trying to get your TV fixed anytime soon. Also, their customer service is beyond rude. I've been yelled at and hung up on numerous times. It just amazes me to see how they can operate this way and still be in business. It's been over a month since they finally took my TV away for repair (it took several weeks before just for a tech to come out and take the TV away) and at this point, I'm just hoping to get my TV back in one piece.\r

Seeing how they treat their customers, I really don't have faith in the quality of their work either even if they do finally fix it. Just like the others I must say STAY AWAY!!!
Pros: They pick up the phone most of the time although they will slam the phone on you right after yelling at you.
Cons: They way they do things, it just seems like they don't want to do any business. Maybe we should just put them out of their misery and let them go out of business.
