New management and the loss of loved and key staff people have resulted in a less desirable place to live. Corporate management is not responsive to resident requests or wishes. It is becoming a ?cookie cutter? environment rather than one focused on the unique nature of the Robin Run residents, their history or their desires. On a positive note, there are many activities and interests to become involved in. \r

No one is really paying attention to my mother or her needs. I no longer feel comfortable that staff will let me know if there is a concern for her welfare as there is no longer any communication. My mother feels as though the apartments are becoming like a nursing home with a medical focus. Things are constantly changing which is hard for the older generation.\r

A much needed and long promised renovation has begun, but the costs of living at Robin Run continue to go up while the satisfaction goes down. It will take more than a pretty environment to make people happy. Make no mistake, this is big business. There is no longer a personal touch. \r
