Ships prescriptions in floppy TyVek mailers (non-trackable) via standard US Mail, so there is no way to prove your order was received and was in good condition. If theft occurs or if your shipment is crushed or damaged, you have no way to prove you are not at fault. RxPlus no longer puts the name of the pharmacy on the return address due to concerns about shipments being targeted for theft. The pharmacy will ship orders with a tracking number via FedEx overnight or two day, but charges you for that ($15 for two day, weekends not included). If your medication requires refrigeration or is temperature sensitive you must pay to have it shipped in a cooler via FedEx.
Pros: 90 day supply of medication for two copays rather than three.
Cons: Shipping practices leave consumers at risk regarding lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
