My Fiance and I used to take our cars here for their maintenance. We trusted them since we bought our cars at this dealership. We trust them that they are doing their job in terms of maintaining our cars. Everytime we take our cars for simple oil change..when we get it back there would be something wrong with the car..engine light on, tire pressure on or there's a weird sound..and they never admit fault. We would talk to the service rep who helped us and would informed us that they will correct it...but it get so tiring and time consuming to go back and forth at the dealership when you have work. When you want to talk to the manager..they don't connect you to him...also, my car is only 2 years old and I already changed tired..because they say they align it..but they never do...my car was not align..the inner side of the tires were complete bald and the outer is like new...good thing my dad saw it and took it to his friend to get it fix..or it would have been a big problem...and my fiance car is about to have the same problem...and he's car is only a year old...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!!!!!!!
