I was pleasantly surprised with exceptional service that I received at the dealership. I stopped by to see if they had a particular 2012 Prius and received remarkable service from Frank and Charlie. Frank performed a dealer swap and delivered the car to my house after going out of his way to help. Charlie offered very attractive financing options that were very competitive with the excellent rate that my credit union offered. The dealership has gone out of their way to help in every way possible well after the sale. I would strongly recommend the dealership. If you are looking to buy any car always do your research and you really should know what to pay before you step on any body's lot. more

I've never had a dealership contact me 5/31/2012

I've never had a dealership contact me after I made a purchase on a vehicle. I was phone by the salesman Danny Tran and emailed by Evan Kanes a couple of times which made me feel that they cared about my satisfaction with my new vehicle. Danny Tran made sure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any concerns to contact him. Excellence of customer service all around. more

JR KAO my sales person, the best there is. He came up to me and greet me even though I am at least 100 yards away, he help me out all the way to the end, and when everything was done I ran over a bump with Toyota financial denying my loan but Mozi took care of everything. Two best people are in west covina Toyota can't go wrong with them. Thank you guys for everything and hope to see you soon. more

HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! GREAT! EXCEPTIONAL! REMARKABLE I was interested in purchasing a Camry LE when I came across an add from West Covina Toyota. The add had mentioned the General Manager's name Matt NASA. The following day my husband and I payed a visit to the dealership where we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Nazar,who directed us to his assistant MOZ (Michael Zibdea) who greeted us with utmost professionalism and was very honest and up forward with us. Carmen, sales person, was extremely knowledgeable and helpfu Within a few minutes they were able to locate the vehicle we were interested in. We had the BEST experience at West Covina Toyota!!!!!! I recommend it everyone!!!! They have the absolute BEST management crew and sales professionals!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
