I've dined at Sage Room 3 times since meeting the owner Claudio on a bike ride. When he told me about the restaurant I decided to try it that night. The food was wonderful, and the service was outstanding though it was a bit more expensive than I expected. My next 2 visits were for the Sunday brunch. Again, outstanding food and very reasonably priced. You get the sense that Claudio or his wife are personally in charge of the food preparation and special selections. \r

The only negative, and it's not the fault of the restaurants, is the deafening noise level created by the Neanderthals on their Harley's going up and down the PCH on Sunday mornings.
Pros: Excellent food, good specials, welcoming atmosphere
Cons: Morons on motorcycles on Sunday mornings.
